Samsung Galaxy A8+ has been launched in India. It was launched at an event on Wednesday in Delhi. It will exclusively be available on Amazon India exclusive which was known since the smartphone was unveiled in the country. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 32,990 and will be available from January 20.
The Samsung Galaxy A8+ comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat and has a 6-inch FHD+ (1080×2220 pixels) Super AMOLED display in 18.5:9 aspect ratio. It comes with 6 GB RAM and is powered by the Samsung Exynos 7885 octa-core SoC, with two cores clocked at a 2.2GHz and six cores clocked at 1.6GHz. It supports dual-SIM (NANO).
The Samsung Galaxy A8+ has a 16-megapixel fixed focus, f/1.9 image sensor, and an 8-megapixel f/1.9 sensor. The sensors blur the background of the image and that is Bokeh effect. The Bokeh effect can also be adjusted with the help of live focus feature. The smartphone has a 16-megapixel rear camera sensor with a f/1.7 lens.
The Samsung Galaxy A8+ comes with 64 GB of storage and which is expandable up to 256 GB and has connectivity options 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port
