Coolpad recently launched its new smartphone in china, in term of design this device is almost 95% as same as Apple iPhone 7 except UI. Coolpad Cool M7 doesn’t have dual camera setup but the camera setup gives the dual sensor impression. Phone makers doesn’t made any announcement regarding the international availability of this device.
Let’s start with the design aspect, The Coolpad Cool M7 packed in a metal unibody with a circular home button at bottom like iPhone with embedded fingerprint sensor and a front camera at top. The edges are well curved for a better grip in hand. At back, there is a camera with a flash light dual sensor for sharp images. Along with that there is a ‘COOL’ logo also and nothing much more.
In specs, it has a 5.5-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a 2.5D curved Glass on top. It is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with a clock speed at 2Ghz and this is coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB Internal Storage which is not expandable.
Regarding Camera, The Coolpad Cool M7 comes with an 12MP rear camera with autofocus having f/1.8 aperture & LED flash and in front it is having 13MP fixed focus selfie camera having f/2.2 aperture.
Coolpad Cool M7 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat which is currently the latest Android OS, customised with Cool UI 8.0, which brings a unique dock bar and other cool features. It packed with a 3,200 mAh battery to maintain the power backup. In addition to other connectivity options, it has LTE, Hybrid SIM slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
